  • Complete the Course Information Request Form. Our team will contact you with the course brochure, available dates, tuition information and registration instructions.

  • A USD 1,000 deposit is required to reserve your seat.

  • The remaining tuition must be paid no later than four weeks before the course start date.

  • These courses are designed for licensed dentists.

  • Courses are intentionally kept small to maintain a high standard of patient care while maximizing hands-on learning, individualized instruction, and direct faculty supervision.

  • Yes. Participants who successfully complete the course receive Continuing Education (CE) credit through the Joint Program Provider approval of CE Approved and Live Oral Surgery, in accordance with the standards of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) Program Approval for Continuing Education (PACE)

  • Tuition includes clinical training, hotel accommodations, airport transportation, transportation between the hotel and training facility, breakfast and lunch during the clinical program, and all required clinical materials.

  • Airfare, dinners, personal expenses, and travel insurance are not included.

  • For courses held in Xalapa, Mexico, participants should fly into Veracruz International Airport (VER)

    Four courses held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, particpants should fly into Las Americas Internaiontal Airport (SDQ)

  • Our course registration includes four (4) nights of hotel accommodations at a 4.5-star hotel, complimentary transportation between the airport, hotel, and training facility, as well as breakfast and lunch during the clinical training days. Participants should plant to arrive on Wednesday (the day before the course begins) and depart on Sunday 9the day after the course concludes). Airfare, dinner, and personal expenses are not includes. Companion accommodations may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.

  • If LiveOralSurgery cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund of all tuition payments made.

    If a participant is unable to attend after registering, tuition payments may be applied as a credit toward a future course, subject to our registration policies.
